The Cadillac Brougham hails from the legendary Cadillac Fleetwood luxury sedan lineup. It was initially marketed as the Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham from 1977 to 1986. Production of the standalone Cadillac Brougham ran from the 1987 through 1992 model years. In 1993, it was replaced by the new Cadillac Fleetwood, which had been produced under GM’s rear-wheel drive D-body platform, departing from the front-wheel drive C-body.

The 1992 Cadillac Brougham was the last of its kind and featured a 5-liter V8 powertrain that produces 170 hp and 255 pound-feet of torque. It was a heavy full-size sedan, weighing over 4,200 pounds. Cadillac Broughams were known for their impressive towing. The 1992 Brougham could pull as much as 7,000 pounds when fitted with appropriate equipment. About 233,000 units of the Cadillac Brougham were produced during its five-year run.
