What happens if my order includes backordered parts?

If your order contains backordered parts, we will notify you via email.  Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive anything in your inbox. The email will go to the email you used at checkout. 

From here, you have a couple options.

*If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours we will automatically cancel your order.*

  1. Leave Order in Progress
    1. If you elect to leave your order in progress, we will keep the order on file.  Once the part is no longer on backorder, we will place the order and complete your purchase.
  2. Cancel Your Order
    1. If you choose this option, we will cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.
  3. Cancel Part of Your Order
    1. If your order contains multiple parts, and only a portion of your order is on backorder, you may elect to cancel part of your order.  We will fulfill the portion that is able to be completed, and issue a refund for the backordered parts should you wish to cancel.

How do I make a return?

How do I make a claim through Extend?

Extend is our shipping insurance that protects you from lost, stolen, and damaged packages. Making a claim through Extend is easy, and Extend approves 98% of claims. Head to our Claims Process Through Extend page for more information.

How do I know I am ordering the right part?

We know how important getting the right part for your vehicle is.  That is why we have several steps to ensure we get it right the first time.

  1. Our website allows you to input the year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle.  Each page has a vehicle fitment segment and will let you know if that part fits your vehicle.
  2. Please also provide your VIN for us at checkout.  We will cross reference with our system to double check fitment!
  3. Still not sure?  Our team is available by phone to make sure you are ordering the correct part.  Give us a call at 216-524-2410.

When will I get my order?

There are several factors that may affect when your order will arrive.  These include if your part is in stock, needs to be ordered, or is backordered.

  1. In stock orders typically ship out same day if they are ordered before 4pm EST. 
  2. If your part needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will notify you via email.  Typically, it takes 1-2 days for us to receive the part, but sometimes it may take up to 5 days.
  3. If your part is on backorder, we will notify you via email.  You may leave the part on order until it is no longer on backorder, or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Where are you located?

Our main store and warehouse is located in Cleveland, OH, where we have been since 1964.  We also have additional locations located across Northern Ohio and Southern Michigan.

Can I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.  Inside that email will include a tracking number for your package.

Is there a minimum order quantity for any products?

It depends.  Typically, the answer is no.  There are some products (such as some nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc.) that come in a package.  We do our best to clearly state this on the website.  We will always contact you if your order is affected prior to shipping it out.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship to the United States of America.

Do you accept FordPass points?

At this time we are unable to accept FordPass points.  We do accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
