Shipping Policy
COVID-19 UPDATE
During this global pandemic, the ValleyParts.com team and affiliates are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Unfortunately, the virus has put various restrictions on both our suppliers as well as our shipping partners. We are doing our best to get parts to you as quickly as possible, but due to these circumstances, we cannot guarantee normal delivery times until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these unprecedented times!
The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to under funding and COVID-19. At this time, Valleyparts.com cannot predict how these challenges will affect shipments after they leave our hands.
Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail. Shipping insurance claims and lost packages protocols will be in line with USPS policy at the time of shipment. Valleyparts.com will not be held responsible for shipping delays and losses unless an insurance claim is approved.

- In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-5 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
- Oversize and overweight orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We may not be able to ship altogether, you will be issued a refund. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- Local pick-up is available at our Cleveland, OH location.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- We do not ship internationally.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible or notify you of updates on your order.
- Core returns are the responsibility of the customer. All cores must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging from the manufacturer.
- We do not ship hazmat items. (i.e., batteries, air bags, seat belts, fluids, chemicals, etc.)
- We do not ship items that require programming. (i.e., instrument clusters, radios, ECMs, PCMs, etc.)
- We do not ship COD orders.
