Backordered Parts Announcement
Due to national supply chain issues, we are experiencing a high volume of parts that are currently on National Backorder. We are doing our best to keep our website updated, but with over 2.5 million parts on our website, you may run into a situation where you place an order for a backordered part.
What happens if I order a backordered part?
If you order a backordered part, do not worry. One of our team members will contact you via the email you provided at checkout with a few questions. They ask if you would like to keep the part on backorder and fulfill it once it comes off backorder, or if you would like to cancel for a full refund. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case it gets filtered out of your inbox. If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours, we will automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How do I know if a part is backordered?
There is no easy way for a customer to tell if a part is backordered. Due to the fact they are constantly changing, the easiest way is to either give us a call at 888-280-5980 or use our live chat feature (if it is enabled at the time you are on our site). Our team will be able to look into it for you. Alternatively, you could also place an order and if the part happens to be on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you. In this email we ask if you would prefer to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.
When will things get back to normal?
Unfortunately, we do not definitively know when the supply chain will return back to normal. For the time being, we are doing our best and communicating with customers as best as we can.
